Hotel St. Louis

Listed on the Nation Register of Historic Places, this Louis Sullivan designed building has been masterfully transformed into a Marriott Autograph collection boutique hotel – Hotel St. Louis.
200,000 square feet.14 floors plus penthouse and basement. Not to mention an ambitious time frame to get the hotel completed.

Former Armour Plant

The former Armour packing plant in National City, IL was the lone remnant of the once sprawling 650-acre National City Stockyards.
Crossroads was selected to handle asbestos abatement for the site in preparation for demolition.

A former pigment manufacturing plant in East St. Louis, IL, this asbestos abatement project included thousands of square feet of floor tile, tens of thousands of square feet of Transite siding, and insulation from several multi-story boilers.
